• Lead or assist with fire stopping and fireproofing projects
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with UL systems and fire‑rated assemblies
• Support estimating, planning, and project execution
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to ensure compliance and quality
• Document completed work and maintain accurate project records
• Identify opportunities to improve installation methods, efficiency, and service offerings

• Proven experience in fire stopping and/or fireproofing installation or estimating
• Strong knowledge of UL systems and fire‑rated assemblies
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, primarily Outlook and Excel
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting project needs and construction timelines
• Professional, team‑oriented attitude with a focus on building long‑term relationships both internally and externally
• Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize new potential customers and ongoing projects
• Clean driving record; thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check and drug screening
• Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
