Commercial HVAC Installation Foreman

Job Duties

• Manages production through direction and installation of mechanical systems.
• Responsible for planning, laying out and overall efficiencies of project installation
• Responsible for communicating and ordering material on time
• Required to collaborate and communicate with field supervisors and project managers
• Coordinate and document additional work over and above project scope through the creation of approved and signed time and material tickets
• Record keeping of daily job production required (Daily Reports) each day
• Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of systems installed (As-Builts)
• Responsible for onsite communication with subcontractors
• Responsible for the efficient use, safety, and termination of all rental equipment
• Responsible the securement and organization of onsite material, including inventorying all additional material for efficient job site pickup and returns
• Manages the securement of all Peterson property on the job site

• Paid Time Off is currently 120 hours per year, prorated in the year of hire and departure
• Compensation is reviewed annually by July 1st
