Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter zones; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, assist with visitor processing as required by site policy, and help to deter unauthorized access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when needed;
Complete required documentation such as shift activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs; communicate notable observations and maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts
