Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Control access by verifying identification and/or authorization, monitoring gates and entry points, and directing visitors according to site procedures.;
Complete required reports such as incident, shift, and patrol activity logs, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
