Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying credentials, directing guests, and documenting entries and exits per location requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications to appropriate personnel;
Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate security-related observations to site leadership, and/or assist with monitoring alarms, cameras, and other building systems as assigned
