As the brand is growing, so is our team! Egglife Foods is looking for a talented Senior Product Developer to join our Research & Development team, reporting to the Research & Development Manager and working closely with our VP of R&D, as well as Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams, you will be responsible for leading product and process development from bench scale through full commercialization, while also providing broad technical support across the business.

You will help deliver scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality products that support platform expansion and manufacturing excellence. This is a hands‑on, highly collaborative role ideal for a technically strong food scientist who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving problems at scale, and can flex seamlessly between innovation, continuous improvement, and day‑to‑day technical support on food manufacturing floors.
