Essential Responsibilities & Duties

Schedule appointments for customers

proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.

Work closely with Managers to improve quality of appointments and identify opportunities to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain call volume and email leads in a professional and efficient manner to earn customer business and build rapport.

Proactively meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and appointment goals, maintaining relationships with customers.

Log and track appointments set, shown, and sold using CRM and Microsoft Excel.

Follow up with sales customers to assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, schedule appointments, retain current customers, and establish a positive relationship between the Webb Automotive group and customer.

Consistently grow and demonstrate knowledge of the products by providing customers with the proper information and directing customers to product information resources available to them on the internet.

Qualification Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays

Ability to work in a team setting

Proficient with basic computer applications

Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to policies and schedule requirements



Other Experience

Automotive experience a plus

Call center experience a plus

Spanish speaking a plus

hospitality experience
