Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Indianapolis, IN. The Account Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, develop and execute project plans, and act as a primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing budgets, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organization and client interactions.
Qualifications- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budget Management practices
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent Communication, Problem Solving, and Organizational abilities
- Strong knowledge of landscape solutions, industry trends, and relevant products
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in landscape, construction, or a related industry is an advantage
