Retail Sales Consultant

Position Overview

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
• Help customers meet and exceed their goals; no prior sales experience required as training, coaching, and tools will be provided.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $40,000 and $63,000 annually, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding all sales goals.
