Our client, a leading provider of full-service storm restoration and insurance repair services, is in need of Outside Sales Representatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth within the high-volume storm-damaged residential sector.
This critical role involves a "warm lead" sales model, focusing on homeowners with insurance-covered storm damage repairs, generated from proprietary insurance coverage data and weather patterns. The Sales Representative is responsible for the strategic execution of daily sales initiatives to drive profitable company growth. This position is a full-time W2 role, offering a strong base salary, full benefits, and a dedicated company truck program.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you are the frontline for our client and the key to turning storm data into realized value for the homeowner. Your daily activities are focused on managing a high-activity, high-reward sales cycle:
Territory Management & Lead GenerationYour day-to-day starts with Territory Management, where you will systematically approach an assigned territory of 250–500 pre-qualified homes per week. This requires a strong work ethic to ensure you maintain the high level of activity and discipline necessary to meet weekly targets.
Consultative Sales & InspectionUsing a Consultative Sales approach, you will inspect properties for storm-related damage (primarily roofing), educate homeowners on the required repairs, and confidently guide them through the complex insurance claims and repair process. You serve as the expert advisor, building trust and demonstrating value.
Contracting & CoordinationYour primary goal is Contracting: securing commitments from homeowners to use our client’s fully accredited maintenance professionals for their insurance-covered repairs. This requires a high level of Teamwork, as you will coordinate constantly with the internal production and claims teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

- Experience: NO prior experience or degree required. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided to ensure success.
- Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel daily within your assigned territory.
- Work Ethic: Must be comfortable working outdoors and committed to a rigorous daily schedule (Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM & Saturday mornings).
