The Role:

Inside Sales Representative

This is not an order-taking role.

This is a high-activity, high-ownership, high-growth sales role for someone who:

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to executives at small and mid-market companies and booking qualified meetings for our AI Workshops and AI Agent engagements.

What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Outbound Prospecting (Primary Focus)
  • Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to targeted decision-makers
  • Execute structured cold call campaigns into defined verticals
  • Follow up persistently via phone, email, and Linked In
  • Turn not now into tell me more
2. Lead Qualification
  • Identify executive-level pain points (profitability, inefficiency, data silos, manual processes)
  • Qualify prospects for AI Readiness and AI Performance Workshops
  • Book meetings directly on executive calendars
3. CRM Discipline
  • Track all activity in CRM (calls, emails, conversations, outcomes)
  • Maintain clean pipeline records
  • Follow defined sales cadence sequences
4. Revenue Contribution
  • Hit weekly activity KPIs
  • Hit monthly meeting quotas
  • Contribute directly to pipeline growth
What Success Looks Like

Within 30 Days:

  • Fully ramped on messaging
  • Confident on cold calls
  • Booking consistent meetings

Within 90 Days:

  • Consistently hitting activity targets
  • Exceeding meeting quota
  • Contributing meaningful pipeline value

Required Experience
  • 1–3 years in inside sales, BDR, SDR, or high-activity outbound roles
  • Proven experience making high volumes of cold calls
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak confidently with executives
  • Experience using CRM tools
