Key Responsibilities Qualify, demo, and negotiate deals from first touch to signature, managing the full sales cycle Track account usage and engagement to improve retention and develop interventions for at-risk accounts Build scalable processes using automation and AI to enhance the SMB business segment
Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles, specifically closing deals in the $10K-$30K ACV range Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, seeking smarter work methods Data-driven approach to tracking performance and gaining insights Experience in utilizing AI to enhance work processes
