E. Booth Sr. recognized that there would be a natural evolution in the development of products for the industrial instrumentation process field. This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel to local territory during normal business hours. A clean driving record is required. • TSE assists customers with selection of products based on the scope of project needs through various applications, prepare quotations and follow up on status.
• TSE will need a comprehensive understanding of technical products that may include but are not limited to concepts of pressure, flow, resistance, etc.
• TSE will troubleshoot situations with customers to analyze and interpret any problems customers may encounter.
• TSE will enter orders into ERP system and Salesforce to help the Technical Sales team, as needed.
• TSE will document quotations and follow-up through Salesforce/ERP system.
• Position will be required to process all orders through GEBCO ERP system.
• TSE will be responsible for day-to-day decisions related to pricing and overall customer care within the company's established parameters.
• Position will coordinate and communicate regularly with outside salesperson to fully develop accounts within designated sales territory.
• Interaction with customers on-site may be required at times.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electrical, engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience in a technical field required.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team are essential for success in this role.
• Results-driven personality is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, written or verbal, especially when using moderately complex terminology and concepts.
• Must be willing to travel locally with occasional overnights.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical field with customer service or similar.
