Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $/yr

Our client, a growing and award-winning construction services company, is expanding operations and seeking a Full-Time Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

This is a direct sales role that focuses on selling construction-related services directly to residential customers through door-to-door canvassing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
  • Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
  • Close sales and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately
  • Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
  • Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Attend annual sales training and professional development events
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
  • Must be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
  • 2+ years of experience in outside or direct, door-to-door, sales is preferred but not required.
  • Base salary in the $50k-60k range + uncapped commission (average first year earnings=$70k-100k)
