Territory Account Manager – Greater Indianapolis, IN

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to serve as a Territory Account Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan, deliver key product presentations to healthcare professionals, and build long‑term customer relationships across clinic, office, and hospital settings.

• Meet or exceed performance objectives by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan that focuses on key customer targets.
• Deliver specific presentations of the client’s product to appropriate healthcare professionals in clinic, office, and hospital settings using the customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize and manage all client‑approved resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Navigate complex institutional accounts and secure meaningful opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and the ability to navigate complex accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnight stays and weekends.
• Must reside within the territory or be able to maintain proximity to key account locations.
