Inside Sales Administrator
OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail‑driven individual who enjoys being hands on and accountable for all aspects of internal sales. This position is highly organized and committed to delivering a high level of quality and detail, in an efficient and timely manner, understanding the need to manage multiple projects and details on a daily basis.
This position does NOT encompass outside sales cold calling or any external sales efforts, nor is it a data entry position.

- Maintains and leads customer satisfaction by acting as a point of contact and prompt processing of all internal sales activities (Quotes, Order Entry, and Invoicing).
- Effectively manage all Request for Quotes (RFQs) for accuracy, input, and timely processing to customers.
- Effectively assign projects by working with department managers, and creating within the ERP system, on any new inquiries.
- Lead and prepare various reports utilizing Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel):
- Quotes in Process, Not Sent to Customer Reports
- Open Quote Reports
- Quoting Reports including won vs loss, quotes by customers, etc.
- Customer Order Reports including sales by customers, department orders, etc.
- Sales Baseline Reports
- Sales Pipeline Reports
- Shipment Reports
- Lessons Learned Reporting (Profitability Reviews, Technical Reviews, etc.)
- Assess, analyze, and process all requirements upon review of new orders, including scheduling kick off meetings with internal/external personnel, quality assurance paperwork, etc.
- Update customer portals with delivery updates, order acknowledgements, and other pertinent information for successful customer communication.
- Maintain a monthly report for management on all open RFQ’s and Win/Loss data metrics by following up with customers on RFQs.
- Maintain weekly reports for management on all open orders and on time delivery.
- Oversees and assist finance with all customer related invoicing to ensure accuracy and prompt payments.
- Calculate and review all time and material related invoices for processing.
- Manage all customer files and orders and maintain electronic copies in the company network drive for audit related purposes.
- Optimizes Epicor ERP system for planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Participate in and complete any mandatory labor support to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Aerodyn management.
- High School Diploma Required;
- Prior experience in job cost manufacturing environments or other fast paced environments
- Present a positive attitude
- Proactive work ethic to work well with meeting deadlines
- Communicates well with all personnel and integrates within the corporation
- Strong experience in Excel and Microsoft Office platforms for increased efficiency and automation of processes
- Strong understanding how the position relates to achieving the company objectives and goals
