Job Description

The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, engaging customers, and driving sales of NPAworldwide’s products and services.

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer Questions About The Products
  • Negotiate prices and terms
  • Collaborate with colleagues in different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Review customers credit status and collect monies owed
  • Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of industry‑related sales experience within the distribution or supplier community
  • Must provide own transportation, valid driver’s license and current insurance
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
  • Must possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills and social perceptiveness
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and electronic mail proficiency
  • Goal oriented, focused, and able to excel with minimal supervision
  • Self‑motivated to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace
