Overview
The Sales representative will be part of a team responsible for selling and managing the complete range of printing, packaging, and fulfillment services. The representative is responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy, identifying and qualifying business opportunities, consistently closing and managing projects.
Responsibilities and Duties- Develop and execute sales plans, identifying buying influences and navigating the sales process.
- Establish and maintain client accounts, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- Act as a consultative representative, diagnosing issues and providing solutions.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinating resources, setting deadlines, and communicating progress.
- Develop and report on sales forecasts and activity versus plan.
- Execute and document prospecting activities using and Hub Spot tools.
- Accurately document sales and customer service activities on time.
- Participate in employee development.
- Present work to the client at milestones and incorporate feedback.
- Train, support, and troubleshoot delivered work during and after the project.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered.
- Legal ability to work in the United States.
- 1-2 years of current sales or customer‑service experience in the printing industry.
- Solution-oriented and confident.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to build strong personal relationships.
- College degree required.
- Strong understanding of commercial print and packaging technology.
Office environment with fluorescent lighting, air conditioning, and computer screens. Fast‑paced environment, subject to numerous schedules and short‑notice activity. Subject to travel.
Physical Conditions- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Walking or standing for extended periods.
- Near visual acuity to review written documentation.
- Sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone.
- Manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard.
Follow any other job‑related instructions and perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
