is seeking a motivated, customer-focused
Territory Sales Representative
who’s ready to
take the wheel, own a thriving route, and expand market presence across a high-potential territory.

Compensation:$45,000–$60,000 annually+ uncapped commission potential
What You’ll Be DoingStep into a dynamic, on-the-move sales role where no two days look the same:
- Travel throughout your region to build trust, strengthen long-term partnerships, and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Represent an industry-leading suite of products that deliver measurable value and keep customers competitive
- Become a problem-solver on wheels
—assessing customer challenges and confidently recommending the right parts, programs, and services to improve their operational success - Develop engaging sales presentations for both new cold calls and existing account growth
- Deliver an exceptional buying experience at every stop with best-in-class customer service
- Monitor inventory needs, market trends, and competitor activity to strategically position Mighty solutions for success
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and on-time delivery
- Write weekly replenishment orders to keep customer operations running efficiently
- Maintain accurate sales records, call reports, and territory plans to support forecasting and growth
- Monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely collections
- Represent Mighty at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings—driving brand visibility and new business development
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and credibility to every customer interaction:
- Strong customer-service instincts and a natural relationship-builder who excels in person
- A self-starter with true sales drive
—confident, motivated, and eager to own your territory - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for consultative selling
- Comfortable with extensive travel and excited to explore your territory independently
- Mechanically inclined or eager to learn product details to better serve customer needs
- Required:Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
