We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team and support the sales department by handling administrative tasks, providing customer service, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, maintain client records, and assist in the preparation of sales proposals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate s or bachelor s degree in business or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining customer databases
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Help create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing product orders
• Prepare reports on sales activities and customer feedback for review by supervisors
