Job DetailsThe Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority, offering best‑in‑class products, and executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
Responsibilities- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
- Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range: $46,000 – $63,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Leadership and individual‑contributor roles may receive additional bonus opportunities awarded at the discretion of the Company.
