Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Channel Manager based remotely in Indianapolis, IN. The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to drive sales growth through our various channels.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary
$80,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives
• Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales effectiveness and product knowledge
• Develop and manage channel programs, including rebates, promotions, incentives, and co‑marketing initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years Proven experience in channel management, sales, business development, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed up to 50%

• Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in building material products
