Job Description

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is critical to maintaining and growing a book of business with approximately $350K in revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, be highly organized, and possess the ability to hit the ground running. This position is primarily in-office, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week (likely Wednesday).

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $350K in revenue.
• Handle quoting, endorsements, and other standard account management tasks.
• Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Utilize AMS 360 (experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in insurance management systems (AMS 360 experience is a plus).
• Availability to work in-office with one remote day per week.
