Business Development Trainee at Scotlynn
. Build your career in sales with one of North America's leading logistics companies. This full-time, onsite opportunity includes a guaranteed salary of $48,000-$50,000 during training, with the opportunity to unlock unlimited earnings through commission once promoted. You’ll receive comprehensive training while gaining real-world experience in a results-driven, high-energy environment.

Your Training Path
  • Week 1:
    Scotlynn University:
    Learn the fundamentals of logistics, company tools, and industry terminology.
  • Weeks 2–32:
    Mentorship:
    Shadow a successful Senior Account Manager while handling shipments, building relationships, and learning negotiation techniques. Work a Saturday shift 8am-12pm bi-weekly to assist booking weekend freight, development and operations.
  • Weeks 15–35:
    Business Development:
    Begin prospecting new clients, managing accounts, and progressing toward your first promotion. Declare commission and work Saturday shifts once a quarter from 8am-12pm.
Career Milestones
  • Promotion to Logistics Account Manager with active business development responsibilities.
  • Transition to Senior Logistics Account Manager with uncapped commission and greater autonomy.
  • Long term advancement potential in sales leadership or training roles such as a Sales Team Captain or General Manager.
