Role Overview
GSK has pioneered vaccine research for over 140 years. Our portfolio of more than 20 marketed vaccines protects people worldwide. Vaccine‑preventable diseases burden society and healthcare, costing an estimated $1 trillion in lost productivity annually.
Responsibilities- Develop expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, products, and markets.
- Demonstrate knowledge of GSK vaccines, competitive products, and promotional strategies to meet customer needs.
- Show high‑level selling skills, including account‑based selling, strategic thinking, drive for results, and the ability to ask for the business.
- Provide value to each account through a blend of science and service based on individual needs.
- Follow public health guidelines and use the vaccine sales process to engage customers and support vaccination or referral of patients.
- Drive vaccination uptake in Private and Public sector providers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Retail Channel Managers to pull through GSK vaccine business.
- Utilize and provide feedback on marketing content and digital tools to optimize and evolve them.
- Bachelor’s Degree絵 gBaltic Evaluated
- Minimum 2 years business‑to‑business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong track record of high‑level performance and consistent achievements.
- Demonstrated learning agility.
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle – driving is an essential function of this role.
- Minimum 2 years vaccine sales experience.
- Nursing (MSN, RN, LPN) or other healthcare qualification and experience.
- Demonstrated competency of science, business acumen, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated learning agility.
- Strong account selling skills, including business‑to‑business experience in a healthcare‑related market.
