• Work in a fast‑paced environment, be willing to learn and grow
• Manage a sales pipeline and make appropriate follow‑ups on pending opportunities
• Understand customers’ needs and propose appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
• Provide timely responses to new estimate requests from customers
• Take ownership and be self‑motivated while also being team‑oriented

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Military service is a plus
• Customer‑facing experience is ideal
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and ability to learn new platforms
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and property managers
• Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights to determine roof work needs

• Familiarity with low‑slope roofing systems (a plus)
• Previous experience with Java or Workforce (a plus)
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications (a plus)
• Ability to perform material take‑offs (a plus)
• Previous OSHA certification (a plus)
• Construction/roofing industry experience (a plus)

• Weekly commission and bonuses; commission‑based position; earnings potential range of’écran $55k – $220k
