Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining innovations, seeks a dedicated Infrastructure Sales Specialist for Water/Wastewater in Indiana & Kentucky. Our sales team is experienced, well-trained, and proactive in building customer relationships and driving sales.

• Learn and become an expert in Victaulic products and solutions.
• Understand industry standards, construction cycles, and market trends.
• Develop and execute business plans, manage project pursuits from inception to after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and distributors.
• Educate customers about product value and influence purchasing decisions.
• Travel within the territory, sometimes under adverse weather conditions, to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales experience valued.
• Experience in sales of value-added products, especially in construction or mechanical industries, is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
