Schedule:
Full-time | Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
- Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and carriers to ensure consistent, reliable freight movement.
- Quote freight and negotiate rates to balance profitability with competitive market pricing.
- Manage shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
- Take full ownership of performance and results, driving revenue growth through accountability and execution.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented office setting.
- Occasional travel for customer visits or strategic meetings.
- A culture built on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education).
Experience- 3PL experience preferred.
- Sales experience and account development are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus.
- Highly driven, competitive, and money motivated.
- Relationship building and attention to detail.
- Resilient, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Base salary $50,000–$55,000
