Sales Consultant

You will identify opportunities, develop accounts, and provide tailored product solutions. You'll also focus on building long-term customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and working as part of a collaborative team.

As an Outside Sales Consultant
, you will be the primary point of contact for facility managers, property owners/managers, and construction professionals. Your focus will be on understanding each customer's unique needs and delivering the right door and hardware solutions to meet those requirements.

• Developing and managing customer relationships within your assigned territory
• Identifying sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Recommending product solutions and preparing proposals
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of sales experience (or a mix of experience and education), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 2-5 years of military experience is also considered as a substitute for relevant sales experience. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
