Field Sales Trainer

We’re hiring a high-impact Field Sales Trainer to deliver structured sales and product training in retail stores and virtually. • Deliver pre-built sales and product training in-store
• Lead engaging virtual training sessions
• Facilitate role-play and hands‑on skill practice
• Reinforce sales behaviours and product knowledge
• Provide structured feedback to store managers and leadership
• Track attendance and training completion
• Travel to assigned store locations (overnight stays required as needed)

When not traveling, you will work in‑office daily to prepare for sessions, support virtual training, and collaborate with leadership.

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or training experience
• Strong sales background with proven execution
• Confident presenter who can lead group sessions
• Organised, self‑directed and professional
• Willing and able to travel overnight every other week
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

Former Store Manager or high‑performing Assistant Manager with coaching experience in a live retail environment.

• Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 (based on experience)
• Hotel accommodations covered
• Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided
