Position: STORE MANAGER - 21 and older only - OWENSVILLE, IN
Location: Owensville

Dollar General -  - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Personally open the store a minimum of two times per week and close the store a minimum of two times per week.;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering to meet in-stock targets; review weekly plans and cycle counts.;
Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.;
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and cash security procedures.
