Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Overview

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services.
• Support customers with the latest devices and personalized services.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible and open to changing technologies and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

New Retail Sales Consultant earnings between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting all sales goals.
