We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, friendly, caring and customer focused Corporate Services Receptionist. This full‑time role assists the Association in demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service to all families, clients and visitors. You will be responsible for partnering with another Receptionist to manage first contact for incoming calls, assisting with enquiries, purchasing, correspondence management, reception and performing a range of administrative functions.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about building a career at the Association.
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong customer service experience.
- Possess excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and a strong client focus.
- Work well under pressure with outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook including calendar management.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a NDIS Workers Check.
