Are you a dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused individual? Audi of Indianapolis is seeking a Service Lane Attendant to be the backbone of our service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, this could be the perfect role for you!

$16/hour + Overtime Eligibility

Monday – Friday: 7:20 AM – 6:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane.
• Keep the service lane and lot clean, organized, and safe.
• Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles efficiently.
• Support the team with vehicle prep, lot organization, and transportation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive dealership experience.
• Perform other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and committed to delivering top-notch customer service.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Required: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
