The Sales Associate establishes Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store and take initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment

Pay Range:

- 18.12
