We are a fast-paced luxury retailer in the evolving world of fashion and fine timepieces—and we are looking for a skilled Watchmaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble, diagnose, service, and reassemble quartz and mechanical watches using top-tier equipment
  • Size new watches and perform strap and bracelet repairs
  • Assemble cases and complete water-resistance testing
  • Polish and refinish watch cases and bracelets, working with timepieces ranging from $20 to $50,000+
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workshop environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Weekend or extended hours may be required during events, peak seasons, or holidays.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Compensation

Based on certification and direct work experience.

  • Ability to sit, focus, and perform fine-detail work for extended periods
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of watchmaking school or apprenticeship under a certified Watchmaker
  • CW21 certification or other industry training required
  • Prior experience in the jewelry or watch industry required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
Physical Demands
  • Excellent vision and manual dexterity for small-object handling
  • Ability to maintain concentration on detailed work for long periods
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and use of tools
