The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will deliver a world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most—peak hours—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Peak hours are evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Comfortably work a schedule that varies with business needs—including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate a results‑oriented selling approach.
• Develop a sense of Care in your written and verbal communication skills.
• Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Embrace adventure! A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement; standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival are required.
• Work a flexible schedule: 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Provide reliable support, stepping in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
