Responsibilities- Deliver direct customer service and sales that reflects Coach’s brand commitment, building lasting relationships through personalized experiences.
- Understand store objectives and align all decisions with company priorities.
- Create and achieve personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with management.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate all selling and service expectations at all times.
- Support local sales strategies and tactics based on market changes.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining ongoing productive relationships.
- Create positive customer impressions, communicate product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and cross‑sell additional benefits.
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously, follow up consistently, and adjust selling techniques to meet store financial results.
- Use Coach’s tools and technology for relationship building and clienteling.
- Promote teamwork, trust, and collaboration within the store and with external partners.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor at all times.
- Complete daily operational tasks without impacting service or Coach standards: floor cleanliness, inventory, visual merchandising, cash wrap, and asset protection.
- Handle shipping, stocking, and replenishment of inventory and support inventory processes.
- Process transactions efficiently: purchases, returns, exchanges, and found orders.
- Maintain strong organizational standards in the stockroom and sales floor.

Experience: 1‑3 years in luxury retail sales, knowledgeable about fashion trends and competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, internet), use of walkie‑talkie, reading price sheets.
Physical: Able to work fast pace, communicate clearly, maneuver sale floors and stock room, lift up to 25 lbs commonly and 50 lbs occasionally.
Schedule: Flexible; nights, weekends, holidays, peak sales days (e.g., Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day). Must align with Coach scheduling expectations.
PayBase pay range: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour.
