Job Summary:

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves travel between stores.
• Long periods of travel in personal vehicle required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
