AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

As part of a part‑time Brand Ambassador role, you’ll bring our brand to life each day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience to every guest, ensuring they leave happier than when they entered.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a “friends first” mindset.
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on details, making appropriate suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You’re flexible and comfortable moving between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• You collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• You act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You’re at least 16 years old.
