Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Sous Chef at our upscale casual dining establishment in Indianapolis. This full‑time, on‑site position presents a fantastic opportunity for culinary enthusiasts eager to advance their careers in the hospitality industry.

As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes in accordance with our menu

  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff

Requirements
  • Passion for cooking and abio desire to learn
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required
  • Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
