Position: Sous Chef II: Cold-Side Lead for High-Volume Events
Location: Indianapolis

A leading food service company is seeking an experienced Sous Chef II / Chef Garde Manager for the Indiana Convention Center. This role involves overseeing the cold side of the kitchen, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality food for events. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of kitchen experience, including supervisory responsibilities, along with strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
