Requirements

- Lead shifts every week, ensuring guests receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Help assigned departments meet their goals.
- Handle food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.
- Sign‑on bonus: $250 paid after shift and department certification.
- One week vacation after 18 months with excellent performance.
