Requirements

• McDonald’s restaurant experience
• Must have attended the department leadership class
• Must have attended the Leadership Transition class
• Food safety certified

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring guests receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals.
• Handle food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.

• Sign‑on bonus: $250 paid after shift and department certification.
