Job Description

This role is for a Shift Manager in a McDonald's restaurant, responsible for leading daily shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
  • Plan each shift and monitor performance throughout.
  • Take action to meet McDonald’s standards, including quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition.
  • Help departments meet their targets.
  • Maintain Food Safety.
  • Facilitate Internal Communication.
  • Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Manage crew, ensuring quality food production.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure safety and security.
  • Schedule crew and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
  • Positive team player with flexibility and a passion for fast‑paced work.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
