Employment Type: Seasonal (November – December)
Miracle on Maryland is a Christmas-themed pop-up bar bringing over-the-top holiday décor, festive cocktails, and nonstop cheer to downtown Indianapolis. We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Lead Bartender to spearhead our beverage program and ensure smooth, spirited operations during the most magical (and busiest) time of the year.
Job Description- Oversee bar team and maintain cocktail quality & consistency
- Execute Miracle’s signature holiday cocktails and train staff on recipes
- Assist with batching, prep, inventory, and ordering
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support Bar Manager in daily operations
- ATC Employee Server Permit
- 2+ years high-volume craft cocktail experience
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Strong cocktail knowledge, batching skills, and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is the season!)
- Competitive seasonal pay
