• Receive and sort incoming orders using established workflows
• Independently operate laboratory equipment including but not limited to pipettes, automated liquid handlers, spectrophotometers, mass spectrometer and centrifuges
• Follow SOPs accurately and precisely
• Follow safety procedures
• Handle chemical reagents and glassware
• Restock lab supplies
• Prepare and package orders
• Maintain the cleanliness of work area
• Other duties as assigned

• HS Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.) preferred
• Experience in or desire to work in a fast‑paced laboratory environment; at least 6 months of work experience preferred
• Desire to learn new processes and support a growing team
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate record‑keeping ability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience using pipettes, liquid handling systems, UV spectrophotometer, and/or Mass Spectrometer preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to read small fonts on sample tubes and documents
• Reaching, lifting, bending, using a step stool and ladder
• Extended periods of time standing or sitting, operating lab computers and equipment while wearing a lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves
• Will be working in an area with hazardous chemicals
• May have to use hand tools to adjust settings on instruments as needed

United States Base Compensation: $16.50 - $20.50. The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
