Overview
Manage all aspects of real estate closings for residential and/or commercial transactions. Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys and others to ensure accurate, timely and compliant closings
Responsibilities- Proficient in preparing closing documents using Soft Pro
- Familiar with escrow procedures and able to coordinate escrow processes
- Possess strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Be an effective communicator
- Have prior experience with an Indiana title company is preferred
- Have an Indiana Title Insurance License required (or willing to obtain in due course)
