Position OverviewWe are seeking caring, service‑oriented individuals to join our team as Real Estate Brokers focused on senior downsizing. We are not necessarily looking for experienced agents. We’re looking for people with a background in senior living, healthcare, social work, or caregiving who are ready to build a real estate career with meaning.
You’ll complete a real estate course, pass the Indiana licensing exam (if you haven’t already), and receive hands‑on training from SREES. Once licensed, you’ll specialize in guiding older adults and their families through home sales and transitions with full support from our team.
If you have been a real estate agent for any amount of time, you understand the burden of lead generation and constant marketing, only to be nickeled and dimed by your brokerage. At SREES, we believe in an aspirational business model that also supports families and wealth building
. We have built‑in lead generation models that have stood the test of time…they work and they’re fun! Additionally, we don’t nickel and dime our brokers. There is a simple commission split structure and that’s it‑no office fees, no marketing fees, no photography fees.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has experience in senior care, senior living, healthcare, hospice, social work, or aging services
- Is compassionate, organized, and emotionally intelligent
- Wants to build a purpose‑driven real estate business that is both fun and profitable
- Is excited to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
- Is ready to complete real estate licensing within 90–120 days
- Represent older adults who are selling their homes to downsize
- Manage the full downsizing process with help from SREES' Move Management team
- Coordinate packers, movers, estate sales, cleanouts, and more
- Build trusted relationships with seniors and their families
- Guide clients through pricing, prep, and sale of their home
- Attend senior education events like Rooted
- Collaborate with a mission‑aligned team who truly cares
- 1099 commission‑based structure with bonuses
- Brokers earn 60% of the total commission on each transaction that is procured by the brokerage and 70% of the total commission on each transaction that is procured by the individual
- Typical listing commission is 3‑4%
- Training provided through our 100 Days to Mastery onboarding program
- Leads and referrals from senior‑focused professionals
- Built‑in lead generation models that are proven to procure referrals
- Ongoing support, marketing, and mentorship
