Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property management principles, including landlord‑tenant law, fair housing regulations, and effective conflict management. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and staff.

Duties
  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and landlord‑tenant law.
  • Utilize property management software, One Site, for data entry, record keeping, and customer relationship management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure company standards are met.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation through upselling services.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and tenant records.
  • Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all tenants.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repair requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is required.
  • Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office experience.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for maintaining tenant relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts and agreements.
