This full-time on-site position, based in Downtown Indianapolis, IN, focuses on managing a portfolio of commercial medical properties. The Commercial Property Manager will handle all aspects of lease administration, negotiation, and compliance while ensuring optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include oversight of property operations, maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to lease agreements, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to meet organizational and tenant needs effectively.
Qualifications- Expertise in Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, and knowledge of leasing processes
- Strong Communication skills to manage tenant relations and collaborate with teams
- Experience in Property Management and a solid understanding of operational best practices
- Attention to detail and knowledge of property leases and industry regulations
- Efficient organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize projects effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare real estate is a plus
